The Harvest Dispatch, Short and Sweet

Keeping things short and sweet for our first week of December CSA. We've got a load of delicious greens for y'all that can be enjoyed both raw or cooked- whichever your pleasure may be! The new comer this week is none other than daikon radish and its greens. You can enjoy the radish raw in a salad or cooked up in a stir-fry, soup, or roast! I would definitely recommend cooking the greens... here's a really simple recipe to start!
